Frequently Asked Questions

1. I am awkward in front of the camera, will you help?

Absolutely, most of my clients feel this way to start with. I will help guide you through the whole shoot and make you feel comfortable. Even hubby, I promise!

2. What should I wear?

In my confirmation email, I have a "what to wear" section to help you with this. I also have my own client wardrobe for all my maternity sessions as well as, newborn, young children and mumma's. In general I recommend neutrals, earthy tones, and layers for texture.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

As a courtesy, I request no less than 24hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. In the event that you request to reschedule your session on account of illness, emergency, act of God or any cause outside your control, the retainer will be applied to a rescheduled session.

4. how will i receive my photos?

You will receive your images via a web-link where you can download your images in low-res for social media or high-res for prints.

5. What if I don’t have an aesthetic for my brand yet?

No problem! We will have a full discussion before-hand to make sure we create images that attract the right clientele for your brand. Before the photoshoot I will send you a Mood-board to make sure we are on the same page.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. I will come with a handful of ideas and can create a mood board specific to you if you wish. However, if there is anything in particular you would like me to capture feel free to let me know.

7. where will the shoot take place?

We’ll choose a location together that feels like you. I know some gorgeous locations on the Sunshine Coast —  from beautiful cottages and farm landscapes to warm beaches or the intimate setting of your own home.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download no later than 3 weeks after the shoot date.
